AP2.5 ban/flag question

As title says, I’ve been playing fable 3 and sims 3 online. I think I’m using the kinect dashboard, I have updated and the dashboard is different from before very noticably. I have been playing fable 3 no problems, was playing it earlier, and was playing sims 3 just. I have a samsung drive, with some saying it cannot do the AP2.5 checks.
I didn’t hear about the whole AP2.5 and ssv3 until just when looking at the assassins creed topics. And am curious as some people cannot even load fable.
What would you say I have done to myself, with the information we have. Is it as safe as it was before, or is my console flagged and just waiting for the ban cycle.
How long does it take to go from flag to ban anyway.

Update: ran it through xval with a clean secdata response, if that helps. I still don’t know if it has been flagged server side. I’ll wait for some responses.

Samsung drives are impervious to the AP2.5 checks, so you have nothing to worry about.

LT+ is going to be out very soon. Updating is recommended.
It’s on Testing Phase now. Should be out anytime.
