They are a good company and will sort you out.
Call em again. I have called them many times and not o9nce not had my call answered..
Don’t know why you are not getting a response. they will give you a RMA number and you will need to send the monitor back to them.
They will then send you out a new one if your monitor is faulty.
They actually have the best returns service out of everybody.

So do i have to arrange.delivery back to them? Or do they arrange it
You will need to arrange it yourself. But you can claim a refund from them for the cost if the goods they sold you do test faulty when they get them back.
Whoever you speak to at scan will tell you exactly what to do.
