It’s not worth installing Vista on a system like that..It will be unusable…Having said that..it will be better to post the system specs so we can get a better idea…
Answer #2
Yeah..plz post system configuration so that we can analyze…is it better to use vista or not
btw If u are going to use vista ultimate, u’ll have at least 2GB of RAM and 128 MB of dedicated Graphics memory..

Answer #4
No sorry…512MB Won’t do with Vista….Stick to Windows XP…
Answer #5
If you bump up your RAM to 2GB or 4GB ($50-$100), you should be able to run it without problem. If you’re not looking at spending any extra money, stick with XP.

well unless you overclock (not recommended dont do) then limit the precoesses that are running. Such as get a lite AV yest strong, reduce start-up processes (start>>run>>type ms config) and stop the ones you dont need
Answer #8
It’s not possible to run vista on that rig mate. But you could use vista transformation packs which work nearly the same way.

his pc suffers enough lag already, i dont think a transformation pack would help. They take up some ram as it is when its best suited to other tasks
