after install ipb error in database driver

Hi all i have make install in local pc and evrything is ok
i try to install the ipb in LIVE SERVER but nothing all is corect in installation all the step , whith no error BUT can’t open the forum show me th follow error :
IPS Driver Error
There appears to be an error with the database.

There should be problem in server’s MySQL system… maybe it isnt even working?!

Did you set up a database for it? And did you remember to add a user to the database? (Ive done that so many times )
