A .rar situation

I have a file that contains all of the Gameboy and Gameboy Color games. Each game is listed as a .rar file, and in that file there is probably every different type of hack, version, mod, etc. And that is for EACH game. The list states that there are over 2000 games.
What I’m trying to do is put every Gameboy and Gameboy Color game on a DS cart, but how do I go about doing this without opening every single file to find the original game file for over 2000 games?
Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.

You sure you haven’t confused file with folder? That would make more sense,Or are you saying it’s a RAR containing
many more RARs of various games? If so,Just extract all of em,Then in the folder with all the RARs,Select all,Right click>>Extract each archive to separate folder
