Clearly identifies two factors affecting commercial decisions and shows two implications of each factor for the chosen business.
I need help with the second and bolded part. The problem is with the word ‘implications’, I dont understand what it means. Does it mean that I need to show effects of the factors? Or what problems it causes? Or..?
it means: two factors that affect the decisions, and what those factor mean, or lead to, or cause, or create, in the chosen business.
So, yes, you got it right, implications can be positive or negative – you need to show the effects of those factors.
For eg, one factor affecting commercial decisions might be available funds ($$$) – the implication being that less ready funds means less expansion, or less advancement into untested territory (buying cutting edge new stock, for eg, or trying a more expensive, but also more reliable, supplier..)
