i use FF portable and in its cache folder, FF creates so many folders and i just deleted over 3000 empty folders ! this makes the system so slow. what should i do ?

I don’t know what’s the problem, but I log in, and each time I go to another page it says I must log in…. then I go back to where I was before…
I spend more time logging in than searching.

I have set Firefox to run inside Sandboxie. But I have got one problem that whatever programs started from firefox run inside Sandboxie, of course it’s default behavior. I want them to run outside Sandboxie, especially download manager. Any help?
