January 28th, 2020
I tried to speedtest and it says 96mbps only. Do i need to upgrade my lan card to gigabit to benefit the 200mbps internet or not?

And best use a cat5e or cat6 ethernet cable.
Forget about wi fi for your main PC.
The speeds that get quoted are really just theoretical, and affected by a lot of factors !
Yeap, definitely you need upgrade
Thank you so much for your answers.
That’s like me asking if I can get my 1000gbps Internet card to speed up my 100mbps Internet, no, you can’t.
