PS3/PSN Games export to external device?

I have a Playstation Plus account and have downloaded all the games offered of the last year, and now my hard-drive is becoming a bit full.
Is there any way that I can export the games and then re-install them at a later date?
(I know you can export the save files, but I’m talking about the actual games themselves)

If you have purchased them you should be able to re download them (from the store) at any time provided you are logged into your account.
