How to create NameServers on a server ?

I just installed a server here, and was looking to put up nameserver ( ns1. , ns2. etc ) for the same, went through some tutorials but not much help there.
I am having the windows 2003 os installed on the server with iis installed as well + that server connected to the internet with a static IP
any help or tutorial to follow you can recommend ??

You need 2 IPs as stated in that article.

but that;s when I have a custom hosting , any links / info if i have a custom server
of my own, which runs ASP.net on it ?? OS is Win server 2003 thanks
