Heres what my screen looks like now.
You see, normally I can see the task bar down the bottom and at the top of the browser you have the back, refresh buttons, adress bar etc…. But I have nothing but the website page. When I put my mouse at the top of my screen the refresh buttons etc.. comes back temporarily until I move my mouse again. The task bar down the bottom does not return when I put my mouse down the bottom
Show the task bar and right click it, and unselect automatic hiding
Somthing like F10 or F11 innit?

I tried but automatically hide wasnt selected, the task bar isnt hiding. Its like the browser window is just on top of everything. Somthing like F10 or F11 innit?
Neither of thsoe did it I was typing around the bottom right of my keyboard when it happened. Around the bottom right shift, ctrl area
::EDIT:: Problem solved. I dont know why but F11 didnt do it when I pushed it before. but then I went to internet options and unselected full screen. My screen then half minimized and when i went and restored to full screen size everything went back to normal. The shortcut key for this is F11 and now when I press it, it does turn it on and off.
