1GB ram is not enough, it take little long on loading but it will handle it, abt proc its oK main thing is graphics card which he got anything above Nvidia 7 series it will play for sure ..

* Memory: 1.5GB, 16GB Free Hard Drive Space
* Video Card: 256MB NVIDIA 7900 / 256MB ATI X1900
This is the minimum, your processor is alright but I don’t think your graphics card or ram is enough. 1.5 is the bare minimum.
