Whats the difference adsl filter 4 pin and 2 pin

would a 4 pin adsl be faster

If you are referring to a “pin” as a wire, then all filters have 4 pins, 2 in and 2 out..

If you are in the UK, and have a BT NTE5 Master socket for your DSL line, then get one of these filtered faceplates.

You can then dispense with any adsl filters, except perhaps one on a SKY box if you have it connected. I managed to get an extra 1 meg throughput years back when I put one in.
