Here are the few tips by which you can reduce your PPT file size
1. Try to reduce the size any graphic file such as a .bmp etc.
the bitamps don’t need to be more than 96 dpi for viewing and more than
150 dpi for printing
2. Graphical file format can make a big difference in this case as JPEG and PNG files have good internal compression refering to the BMP and TIFF files
3. Try to convert or save the images required in JPEG and PNG format only
4. If the presentation file size is then also not appropiate to carry in a CD
and exceeds 700Mb softwares such as KGB, WinRAR, WinZIP can be used
to reduce the file size
5. It is advised to keep the required graphic files separate in folder link to
the .ppt file than to insert it in the PPT file
