Urgent: 1.5GB to 120 MB of Memory RAM! SAY WHAT? How?

I had to format my PC couple of times, then it works now today.. BUT! It was lagging, so I open task manager see what process is making it lag, there was NONE. I was like mhh, let me check my ram. When I saw it was 120 mb I died. Then when I finish dieng, I didn’t know what to do but to come here and ask for YOUR help.
Please.
put your self in my situation and see what kind of help I am looking for.
I am using Windows XP SP3. I know in the BIOS screen it shows 1500 MB but in the Computer properties it shows only 120 mb and acts like 120 MB CAUSE IT’S SLOW!!
What I do?
Is it windows that doesn’t enable the RAMs? How to fix?

Can you load up CPU-Z, search for it on google, en check the “memory” tab, and see what it says there. I don’t trust the system properties screen.
EDIT: If it’s indeed true, the only thing that would be causing this is an option in boot config, somewhere in the msconfig area. Normally an XP Reinstall should fix this.
OMG DUDE YOU ARE MY HERO, I remember when I loaded X-Fuzion MSCoNFIG blaghe v4 to disable and enable few things that I have no idea… I will unistall… THANKS MAN
