flash memory

plz help me about this error:

It’s not flash memory.
It’s adobe flash player – you might have opened a badly formed flv video file and it’s eating up your main system memory.
It might also be an updater bug – where it keep checking for updates but allocates memory for each check = you run out of memory.
Possible answers:
For now, close the program if you see this message – you can kill it from task manager.
Stop the updater running – you don’t need it running all the time, just manually check every week or so.
If a website video seems slow and jerky, stop it, close that page.

Maybe you are using a lot of ram and you don’t have enough virtual memory set to take the overflow..
Don’t think it’s anything to do with flash memory?

there’s plenty, each to their own.
I’ve tried:
Ubuntu, Linux Mint (all of the mint releases), Debian, Lubuntu, Xubuntu – best I’ve used and it’s my current OS is Crunchbang.
it’s lightweight, it’s speed is unbelievable and it’s great for online gaming like MineCraft and Facebook games.
it’s a bit tricky to set up but once you’re done, it’s amazing. the tweaks you can do are absolutely out of this world!
anyway, have a look around Google.

well I play mostly tankionline.com so face lag sometime and memory issue Ubuntu I think user friendly never use before “Linux”
