Automatic Reboot
January 28th, 2020
Are you using XP or Vista? If so then you’re encountering the new BSOD (Blue Screen of Death). When you get the BSOD the PC restarts automatically. You can turn the option off if you want to. Also, the problem might be overheating which, in some cases, would restart your computer in order to avoid damaging the hardware. Click on Start–>My Computer (right click)–>Properties–>Advanced–>Settings (under startup and recovery). Then turn off the “Automatically restart” option and see if you get the BSOD. Report back here. Good luck mate ^_^
i tried what u said… i’m using windows xp pro, so i turned off the automatically reboot system… as u say the system didn’t restart automatically but the system still failed, and after the error i had to restart manually
I formated my PC but the problem is not solved… i would like to know if is any problem with the motherboard or some part of the PC?
Without knowing what the error was it’s impossible to tell. It’s most likely a hardware issue. Get Hiren’s BootCD, which you can download from the forum. Burn it and boot from it. It contains several very useful diagnostic tools like RAM and HDD tests. Test your hardware for errors using the CD and report bacl here with the results. Good luck mate ^_^
Thanks u are the man… with ur advises i could conclude that some hardware was not good… i have 2 memory ram 256MB one of then was not connected very well… that was the problem because the system give an error when the memory was very very how… example: when i was installing MS Office 2007…
