PC reboot before win logo

I had windows7 64Bit, and i thought that windows 7 32bit would be better. After i’ve installed it , it asked to put the pc name and to authorise or blok update, after that it rebooted.Ever since it reboots endlessly before getting to the logo of windows.
Ps: i’ve checked , there is no problems with the HARDWARE. I’ve tried it with ubunto CD
Could be the problem from the version of windows ? (Ps: it works perfectly on my Desktop pc)$
The install is corrupted, you need to re-do it.
PS: 64 bit has 32 and 64 bit =/
