PCI VIA SATA card for xbox modding

i got that card from ebay and when I plug it to my motherboard then either windows wont start or sometimes it wont even go to windows loading bar….
what might be the issue maybe some bios settings?
i got asus p5k premium mobo

try it on different pci slots.

ok it worked thanks.but now im having another issue
xbox 360 drive is not being detect via the CARD
but if i connect to regular sata port it gets detected but when i try to flash it it asks me to choose port i choose either extreme slave or pri master and then nothing happens
anyone can help me what to do?
