Software error: Load needed DLLs for Kernel

“Windows could not start becuase of an error in the Software. Please report this problem as: Load needed DLLs for Kernel. Contact customer service”
This is the message i get, what should I do?

Might Have To Try A Repair Install With The Windows CD!!!

Or If That Don’t Fix It Then It Could Be Hardware Related, And My Guess It Could Be Dodgy Stick Of Memory!!! I Would Try Taking Out The Memory And Putting Back In Again, Or Buying New Memory To See If It Helps!!!!
