If you want to verify your PayPal account you need to let them charge your credit card about 1.5$ or something like that. That is done in order to test that your credit card it active and valid. After that you get the same amount of money as a bonus in your account so it costs you nothing. Go to your PayPal account page and you’ll see the activation option. Good luck mate ^_^

im 14 and i dont have a credit card and not allowed to give out my bank info to get verified =( i have heard of a virtual credit card but i heard that they may freeze your account with one

Use your parents credit card or get a debit card from Halifax (Over 13’s debit card).

they wont let me get a debit card or use their credit card =( im screwed… i would ask if i could use someones but that is something i dont expect should or would be given out at all (duh obviously)

There isn’t much else you can do to be honest. Why won’t your parents allow you to register their bank on the account? I asked my dad to do it when I was young a few years ago, and he agreed, and there have been no problems to date. Security is very high.

they are against any money over the internet… is there and online bank that doesnt send you anything and is all done electronically that i can use with the account?

Yeah. All banks have “online banking”. But you would need an actual account at the bank first, before being able to open an online bank account.

do you know anyone with a paypal account that you can trust? give them the money in cash and ask them to pay it from theire paypal account to yours
