Can’t receive money in my paypal VERIFIED account !

I have a problem with my paypal accnt & ~ Disallowed ~ :
I reached 30 dollars, and every monday, hotfile said that they send money to my Paypal accnt but money returns each time with status “DENIED”..
i have my paypal accnt verified ; i used for this a friend’s credit card cause i don’t have one..
i mailed paypal but still get no answer..
I really need to purchase a rapidshare accnt ..
Could somebody please tell me why this happens to me ?.. Thanks

how are they sending you the money? YOU CANNOT RECEIVE CREDIT CARD or DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS ON NON PREMIUM/BUSINESS ACCOUNTS!, if your account is not premium then payment is declined, what is a premium account? it means on all transactions paypal takes their cut, for example i sold a dvd for $10 bucks other day, paypal took a cut of $1.40 out of that $10 bucks (i really dont know their math of their cut, i sold something for $2 dollars and they took 40 cents), as it is right now, as you only have a personal account you can only receive paypal money, money from bank accounts like a e-check, for this reason some people have 2 paypal accounts, one to receive credit/debit card payments and the other to receive other payments, (why give paypal money when if its personal and not credit/debit card).
but i would wait until paypal e-mails you back or you should call them.
wtf !! cant i receive money on personal account from other websites ???
