try “index of /mp3 (whatever you need) “and google that without the “” or paste the mp3 in request section and see if anyone would give it

Another answer is using RS/MU search engines which can be obtained by searching that in Google. I have good collections of music, new and old. Just send me a PM.

As someone already said, it’s peer to peer file sharing meaning that anyone can host a file on their computer (which has the potential to contain a virus) and then you can remotely download it. You use it at your own risk, but I must warn you a lot of trojans / botnets spread through programs such as this so in using it you’re putting yourself at risk. Google will have the songs you’re looking for if you look hard enough.

my personal experience go get a decent firewall, and its brilliant.
Also – its a bit of common sense so if you type in the killers when you were young
stay away for the exact what you search if it looks dodgy don’t download it.

thats true theres alot of dirt in p2p too for eg a file saying simpsons.exe 3mb dont download they will be tricks like neverseenbefore.exe or things like that
and movies arnt always what you download
i remember getting superman returns and it turned out to be some guide to the future movie or something best things go with rapidshare if you cant afford that get a good av + firewall ie comodo and make sure you use sanboxie for dodgy files if necessary

Overall, it’s unsafe. I usually use it if I wanted to download a single song otherwise I’d simply download the whole album of the artist from here. And depends if you/your friend plan to go to the “danger” area for p2p downloading and go for pr0n..don’t go there..

If you download with Limewire, your PC is more than likely infected with something.
And yeah, I know. It’s not safe, due to all the crap that is shared on there.

Hey!! mate as he said.. when you’re searching throug google.. try this simple step..
in search bar, type this ->
intitle:”index.of” (mp3/avi/mkv or whatever the extension) song.name
note: you can’t keep space when you’re typing a song name; instead type by keeping a full stop on each space…
or simply try this site..

i can give you a hand with finding mp3’s
type into google “(insert name here) intext:http:~ Dead file host ~/files/” without the quotes, an example is “jet get born intext:http:~ Dead file host ~/files/” and i got quite nice links, this is the exact same way alot of the best search engines work for rs.
just a few things, you will find a few dangerous links just like any other search engine, just ignore any that dont have a cached option

from my experience it’s not only the shared files that are dangerous, I remember people installing some spyware & such while installing limewire, which Is why I never suggest limewire. if you want a place to find every mp3 you want, get a youtube mp3 downloader. you can search your file on youtube untill you have exactly what you’re after (1000th remix of a remix song & stuff) & directly download it knowing for sure there’s no virus or whatever in it.

If you just dont download the dodgy files and you’ll be fine, just use common sense
