Wont even let me format or create new drive

i had the same error last time i used some software to format it i dont know whts it called tho

possibly used partition magic,
but are you trying to format your operating system? You do know that wont end well……..?

you can only format OS when you have the disk in the pc and your booting from it..
try acronis disk director
