Windws XP CD boot Problem

hey
i got a Windows XP sp3 CD
the CD is not working in Gigabyte Main boards
but working in all other brands
in gigabyte main board i cant get the boot from CD message i tried in another gigabyte mainboard .its booting up from CD but i cannot Format the HDD
what is the problem with the disc???
my friend told that the CD does not contain SATA drivers but the CD working in other SATA mainbaords???
i can able to ad file to the CD ISO.
is there any SATA drivers for Gigabyte mainboard??? if so i can bale to those Drivers

i have a gigabyte mb, i installed xpsp3 (up2date version) from a sata dvd to a sata hd, and i only had to press space ones.

you nedd to integrate Sata Drivers !beacause that you can’t install XP !
