Answer #1
Yes it can run your rig. But, for safety reasons.
As some power supply’s don’t have good voltage regulation and can’t provided enough current, you should change the PSU to a big brand one with efficiency of at least 86%.
Especially overclocking, you want stable power.
Some power supply’s don’t have a rubber padding on the fuse. Blowing the fuse might start a fire.
Answer #2
hmm i probably tradidng it in for a 800 watt if yuou planning to use high powered graphics such as ati radeon 4870+ or nvidia gtx275 + and if u have other peripherals

Not really mate. Usually 600W branded PSU’s are fine.
But yeah, his CPU will be a bottleneck, if he had better graphics cards. As long as you can meet the max ampere requirements by your video card on the 12V rail and you have a cupple of amps left, its fine.
Most generic PSU’s don’t have active PFC (Power Factor Correction), this is important for efficiency, better for your house wiring and power bill.
Good brands will be: PC Power and Cooling, Corsair, Hiper, Enermax, Seasonic, Cooler Master, and alot more brands.
Check your budget and look up the power supply, manufacturer websites are a must and check reviews.

Answer #5
no problem.. glad we could help
Answer #6
Yeah its a decent brand, but I don’t use them since they also make other stuff.
Try Newegg as they are damn good in US. That OCZ will suit your rig as its pretty high spec’ed by the manufacturer. PFC is close to 1 and 86% efficiency. Some time people use weight to determine the quality of the components. This is a great idea.
Answer #7
hes right..shop around and if you cant deciede ask the computer geeks at the store your going to buy your parts in for their opinion
