psu power supply

hello i am going to buy a pc but i don’t know which power supply is good for the pc. is it good 400w psu.
motherboard interl mbg31prb
4gb ram kingston 800mhz
samsung 500gb sata ii
gainward geforce bliss 9800gt

Just get a simple 650W it’ll last for anything,
they are about �35.
