I need to boot into DOS on my PC with no floppy and cannot b

I need to run a very old DOS based program that will NOT run under Windows or even the windows Command window. It must be real dos. I have no floppy drive so need to find a way to create a DOS BOTTABLE CD and be able to read a program off my NTFS hard drive. Can anyone help
