rtm? retail? whats the difference? aslo vista transparency

im talking about windows vista btw.
also ive seen screen caps of vista and the windows have been transparent, how can i enable this.
i have windows vista ultimate.

rtm is relased to manufactures and retail is what u get in the store
basically there is no difference except the retail has more drivers, and the transparency is aero feature u need 128MB graphic card to enable this feature

i was just looking at aero thing, and i have all the requirements but when i go to change it in windows colour and appearence it just goes onto the old appearence screen where there is a list of styles but aero isnt there.
help please?

In the Personalize window, click the top most option (forgot its name) and check the box titled – “Enable Transparency”
