How to run windows 98 games on XP?

I got some games that dont run on xp
What games are you trying to play? Please list them specifically, it may help more. Right click on the .exe for the game, go to compatability, and choose Windows 98. Other games may take some more work.

You can also use VirtualBox. It is more easier than vmware.

A couple old Win98 games I play required turning off audio hardware acceleration to run on XP.

Ok you can do it that way or you can install the game then after you install the game right click on the game icon and select compatibility. Then run it as Windows 98. It should work but I cannot guarantee that the sounds and pictures won’t work.

You mean that the file system is not FAT32?. Easiest 2 the hardiest
1- Install Vmware & install 98 + Game
2- Format your pc in FAT32 slow format. Install XP + Programas + GAME
