Kaspersky IS [cant get on the net]

i dont know why but i cant get on the net when i have KIS on my computer.
i can get on the net just find when KIS is not install onto my cpu but after i cant for some reason. i try it many time but it wont work.
any clue?

you dont install things to your CPU, if you’re that new then do not use KIS, use NOD32.

Please check teh configurations.. u may have to disable few settings..go throgh it
