GTX 660 – PCI Requirements

Please I want to know something about a new graphic card I want to buy ,
The new card may be : Gigabyte GTX 660
Now , In the sites I read that it : Support PCI 3
But my mother-board is : Gigabyte GA-EP45T-UD3LR
Its PCI is 1 & 2
Now I want to know if the graphic card will work or know in my PC ?

Yes, I’m pretty sure a PCIe 3.0 card will work in a PCIe 2.0 slot.

That is correct; however, the the video card will only run at PCIE 2.0 speeds, creating a bottleneck…

And 12 GB RAM
What about it with GTX 660 ?
