New Website Design Idea

This is my old website http://www.cybapps.com
I’m planning to create a new website from scratch.
Because i had Publisher account at adbrite.
I allocated two Ads space in my website.
Now it was shutdown.So now there is two empty place on my website.
Currently planning to create a website with HTML5,CCS3 and PHP and MySql.
Because of this i’m going to learn HTML 5 and css3.
Currently in my Mind:
*Create a good CMS website with small CSS animation.
*Easy to crawl my website by the Search Engine.
This time i don’t want to create a website only for publishing my apps.
I want to add some blog to my website like App Review blog or Android blog etc…
What is your suggestion about blog?
Not only blog,if you have any new idea,tell me.
Any other suggestion to make good website?
Any Design tips?

Seems to me your site would transition well over to an HTML5 format since you wanna redo it to that. Those ads on the right and left are alittle annoying though, and I dont think you need that right navigation where you have a search function and ad spot. You dont have much to search for yet.

But Search bar is needed for my new website.

u can make a website on phones wer the viewer can use the interface of the mobile on the net as a prewiew
