[Solved] IDM Installation Error

So I am getting this error installing IDM on my Server 2012 running RDS and connected to my AD server. I know a lot of you use IDM, I cant find anything about this.

I am unable to replicate this in a test environment, and already tried a couple times on the live server to no avail.
Anyone ever seen anything like this, or know what a fix for it might be?
PS: This \User\WINDOWS folder seems to be from the modified images my datacenter uses. However, I had no problem installing this on the exact same image, so not sure whats going on here.

\User\WINDOWS That’s for remote apps afik , You need to dump whatever dll the installer is crying about in there recreating the folder structure ie \User\WINDOWS\system32\shell32.dll.

Which DLL might you mean? This IDM installer is working flawlessly on the same server2012 image.

That was what I was going to do, I just didn’t want it to cause issues later down the road.
Per your advice I have done this, and all seems to be working.
