EG.
VTS_80 VOB 1.048 404
VTS_81 VOB 134040
I also have the IFO and BUP file for the same sequence
the file play well but ends short.not being able to link to the second file .how can I make ir a complete file

All VOB are limited to 1GB size. (1,048,576Kb) That’s the dvd standard. As long as you have all the files from the dvd they should just play, even though they are seperate files. If you just look at files of the original dvd you will see that’s how they are.

You can however just merge them together to play on a PC run it again through DVD Decrypter with file splitting disabled

As said, if you have a DVD capable player such as WMP or Power DVD, you should get the menu and then the movie should play OK.
If you wish to merge them, do like says or you can use something like Boilsoft video joiner…Just join them in order.

in the future, to play them like a DVD open the IFO or BUP file to get the menu or start sequential play
but yeah, joining them is quick and if you just want the movie file it seems the way to go
