Please help! I cannot see some buttons/links in any browser

January 27th, 2020

I can no longer find the link/button for reporting dead links. The logo is invisible as well but the link is there when I point my mouse in the general vicinity.
Also, I can’t find the link/button to PM the creator of a post. It seems the links are there, only they’re invisible.
Do you know why and how I can make them reappear? Please help.

Answer #1
Are you using any kind of script blocking add on or utility in browser? or any active blocking tool , also consider backing up your boomarks and either reinstalling or resetting the browser . (which browser?)
Answer #2
Both Firefox and chrome have same problem. I’m thinking maybe its some kind of content filter block in my firewall? What do you think?
Answer #3
I don’t have any add-ons on my browser. In fact all my browsers have the same issue. Even my cell phone browser, which is connected to my network WiFi is doing same. It must be firewall thing, I can’t see what else it could be.
Answer #4
The router or modem firewall certainly is beginning to sound like a potential culprit , as the issue is not limited to a particular device . I presume you are aware of how to access the web interface of the device ? to check .
What happens when you ping the Image server ?

I tried pinging it and I am getting a response. I have attached some links with screenshots of what I’m seeing FYI.

By the way, I have a FortiWifi 60C Firewall with Internet Content Filtering enabled.
Answer #6
And when the firewall is fully off on router and soft firewall the images resolve ?
Answer #7
Yes
