Need help with some buttons on my laptop Keyboard

I have a “e” in the top right corner of my Acer laptop (it used to open up some acer porgram allowing me to alter all the laptop settings but I reformatted cause i didnt like all the crap the laptop came with) and now i would like to use the button to open up firefox
I also have a � and the Euro sign either side of the arrow keys and i would like to get them working at they should
Is there any program that will let me program what buttons do what without effecting all the other buttons?

i’m not sure you can do that but i do know a way you can Assign or change a keyboard shortcut

try Hotkey Master, it’s a very good hotkey program that in my experience works very well for remapping those “extra” keys.
