Slow Download?

Well just down a speedtest and i am getting 12.68mb/s which is fairly decent for my area, I have a MU premium account and using IDM and i am downloading at 126.5kb/s surely this isn’t right? Is there anyway i can improve this?

I guess it’s not problem with MU!Problem of ISP(Internet service provider).Some time there services down on my local area also.So wait…and see.And then Inform ISP.

Is there anyway i can improve this?Highly improbable it’s your ISP.If you can download whit that speed from somewere else you should be able to download from Mu whit high speed go to IDM options connection deff con number & set it to 16.make sure nothing else uses the bandwidth & Cpu & check speed!

is this recent or is it been happening for a long time?
if its recent then it must be the traffic in ur ISP
i doubt the problem is with IDM
have u tried with jdownloader?
if jdownloader is fine then for slow connections on IDM go here:

Try using JDownloader and add a big number of connections (like 10). You might get a slow download speed because you don’t use all of your connections. Don’t know if IDM provides the feature of adding a number of connections.

some times this problem issue on ISP. If you continue facing this problem then Try Jdwonloader.
