My download speed is slow

It’s 2-9 kbps on normal. But when I pause it, disconnect and reconnect my connection, it went up to 40-60 kbps. After 20 seconds or so, it went back to 2-9. Repeat, and I’ll get the same speed again, then back to slowpoke mode. Is there anything I can do with this?

Only thing you can do is get a new internet.

Try using a download manager (IDM is my favorite).

Try a differant host and see if it is the host that is limiting you.
