Slow download speeds

hi guys for the past 2 days im gettin very slow downloads speeds i have a premuim account with rs and i have a 7meg line and with that i usually get between 800kbs – 1000kbs download speeds but now its dropped to between 80kbs-130kbs and if i dl from another site as a free user i usually get 200kbs – 250kbs except wupload ill get like 500kbs download speeds i havent changed any settings it doesnt matter where i dl from lately i only get like 100kbs
i did do an update on jdownloader yesterday mornin and @ 3am last nite i downloaded lord of the rings game and got full speeds 2and a half gigs i downloaded it in about 30 mins was gettin over 1000kbs but 2day i went to download killer elite and its back 2 slow speeds again

What exactly are you using to connect to the Internet?

my computer connects 2 a modem and its a wired connection

JDownloader is slow. Do you get full speeds via HTTP download?
Try IDM.

If you had slow speed with direct links contact your provider for help.

Ping and check if any data packets are lost.
