assassin creed: black flag has no speech in cutscenes

hey guys i’ve d/led the reloaded (23gb) and the 10 gb version (i think its black box) and both version have no speech in the cutscenes, only subtitles and background sounds any idea how to solve that problem?

Have you tried updating audio drivers/the game?

no update for the game yet (aside from the 1.01 version which i applied ) and i updated the audio drivers
