Assassin’S creed revelations pc lag any fix ?

hey guys please tell me how i make this game run smothly coz if i can run
GTA IV,call of duty black ops,call of duty world at war somthly then y don’t this one my graphic drivers r updated well jst sound card drivers r not updated & i think it does’n matters also m on
win xp,
processor intel core 2 duo- 2.4ghz
4 gb of DDR RAM
nvidia 8400gs 512 mb i know that sucks bt i hav this one !
please let me know if i can do something ?

make post processing off n anti aliasing off..
tat`ll reduce the load..
still u can try minimizing environment quality n character quality..
these r the main factors!!
hows the cinematics?
it shud be too lag i guess!!

don run background programs..

This is the main problem. You have to buy new GPU to play latest game.
However, turn down all graphic settings to play also update your game to see if this help fixing lag.

Yep, a system upgrade will be needed. You should also make sure that all the drivers are updated.
