Hi I have window xp computer when i turn it on take me to a page where i can click on my name/profile than i get a microsoft genuine showing and when i get past that where it show my icon and wallpaper i see it again on the button right screen it stay their. How can i get this off I think when i had my computer at a computer shop to get fix about 3 years ago the computer store reinstall window xp and i think expired now. I dont want to upgrade or anything just want to remove microsoft genuine message.

Would probably be easier if it was were Win 7, however look through the apps shown in this sticky.
You should find the first one of the activators to do what you want..
