time for a new laptop
January 21st, 2020
What is your budget?
Ideally £400 but would go more if needs be Thanks buddy
It’s quite hard to find any laptops that still have windows 7 installed ThinkPad Edge E431 if you can find it would work nicely for your demands
Just a basic component description in case you’re interested Processor: Basically determines the speed of your computer/laptop
The standard for laptops is to have two (dual) processing cores
RAM: When a program is opened, it will be loaded onto the RAM It is recommended that you have at least 4GBs of it
Hard drive: Place where are your data/movies/pictures are stored, and the faster it spins, the faster the drive
It is recommended that you have around 500GBs
what about these two

Hello, try going for the Y510P with dual graphic cards. Great laptop
It is preferred that Windows 8 be used with a touchscreen In truth, almost all laptops on the market will fit your criteria, so the acer you’ve selected will be more than sufficient for your needs.
For future use.. don’t go under i5 with 4GB ram (win 7 for no touch , win 8 for touch screen)
A good name company such as Asus , dell , hp etc
I wouldn’t recommend Samsung for example
What i could advise more is maybe check the refurbished computers section as they are 30-50% off the original price (that in order to get a better laptop for a cheaper price.. You said 400quid)
cheers guys I think ill go for the touch screen acer but I will have a good look through the refurb ones before I make the final decision thanks all of you for the help
