conversion

I have a question i have been using iskysoft media converter for all the movies i get here ,the only movie i cannot seem to play on my tv is Mission impossible rogue nation. My tv says file not supported,i have done avi and mp4 still get the error i even tried using different peoples links .
Does anyone know why this movie only will not work for me. I have a Hisense smart tv .

Check the movie files out with MediaInfo.

thanks but all other mp4 and avi play just fine so i dont think its my tv..
