PCSX2 CodeBreaker v10 Problem

I have CodeBreaker v10 and PCSX2 emulator and cheats doesn’t work.

I have only recently found a codebreaker ISO that worked for me with PCSX2. What you do is just run CodeBreaker and select the cheats you want for the game your wanting to play.
Once you have your cheats selected, I believe you have to hit Start then you should be taken to CodeBreakers main menu. Hit X on the disc at the main menu to “Start Game”. It will say to insert game disk now. Hit Escape on your keyboard to pause emulation (window will close that shows codebreakers main menu at this point). In PCSX2’s CDVD menu, point to Iso Selector and click browse (or if the game you want is here select it) then find the ISO to the game you want. A box will pop up asking if you want to Swap Disc or restart to play the game. Choose to Swap Disc and click “System”, then “Resume” and the window will pop up showing CodeBreakers main menu again. Hit X and the game will start with all the cheats activated.

Doesn’t work. I tried Gran Turismo 4 and i have only 240 Cars and 10.000 Credits.
In Black not working too (God).
