Paypal Blocked my Card!

paypal, now, denied my card. how will i know if its blocked, when they did not inform me, email me, notified me that they blocked my card!??
Did you had your credit card renewed after you added it to your paypal? If so that would certainly explain it.
Yeah are you sure its the same card that you have now and that the bank havnt send you a new one If not just e-mail / ring them up

I verified my paypal using this card. and bought something online, last febuary i think. then now i have to pay something on ebay,(i dont want to get in trouble with the seller), then i tried to log in on my online banking program and found out that i cant log in my account! i checked my paypal and try to send 0.01 usd to my unverified dummy paypal account then i got that error i called my bank and said that regarding to my online banking account they said my online banking account was expired due to inactivity and i was asked to re-enroll it again because it was expired.. and for the paypal, she said that my card was blocked! i was like wtf?? i did not recieved any notice that my they blocked my card and she said that i have to use another card so i have to apply for another card??? wtf???

I hav eBay account. I havnt used for months once. They nvr blocked my card due to inactivaty

As people have pointed out, check you haven’t been re-issued with a new card since last time, the card number may be the same, but the security number on the back won’t. (Issue/expiry dates also different).
Go have a look in your Paypal Account at your payment info.
You can e-mail the seller of the item via E-bay and explain what is happening. You normally have 7 days to make a payment.
You could always get a pre-pay Visa or Mastercard if they are available near you.

No change of the card info, i did not receive "new card" they just reset my online banking account and asked me to re enroll, they said "it has nothing to do with paypal as long your card is linked to paypal u can make transactions u just cant log in to your online banking account, with 3 invalid attemps paypal will block your card"
i did not do anything with paypal, i did not changed anthing since i last used it.
i just learned that i could not send payment when i tried to sent one.
What if i delete my paypal (wich is verified to that non-recognizable card) then sign up new one then verified it with that card?
