Paypal no credit card

I was going to create paypal acc when I discoverd that I need a credit card to verifi my acc . Now I am under 18 so I don’t have one . But I was reading that if you register for some countries they have diffrent limitations . Can someone tell me which is best country for nonecreditcard use ?? I wan’t something where I can reciev and give money from paypal

i’m almost positive you can use pre paid credit cards.. like a visa/mastercard gift card and use that. you can also hook it up to your parents bank account/your bank account… but that requires your social security #, and i know most people aren’t comfortable putting that on the internet.

You can make a PayPal account without creditcards… When it asks you for a creditcards just ignore it…
Then you can just top up your account through wire transfer (bank transfer) I live in Belgium and i’m doing it like that( also under 18)

RS pays unverified PP a/cs….. You can use PP to buy on eBay……

So let’s sum it all . First I create acc and register to USA . After that I order money from rapidshare . Then I buy through paypal prepaid visa card and verifi acc . Is that right ?
