This is the router that I have:
http://www.zhone.com/products/6219
This is the modem that I have:
http://www.amazon.com/SIEMENS-SpeedStream-4100-Ethernet-Modem/dp/B0012ND7OK
The router has wired, wireless and Wi-Fi capabilities.
I need to have the DSL modem, PS3, HDTV and Dish Receiver connected to the router. How do I do that?

Did you read the documentation from the link at the bottom of the page you linked us?
Hook up your modem to phone line, then hook up your router to the modem, then plug a computer into one of the 4 available ports, and configure from there. Once the wireless is set up and secured, you can disconnect the computer from the router and go wireless if you desire.

After you connect it, type http://192.168.1.1/ into your browser address bar, there you will find the configuration settings. What’s most important is to make sure you change the default wireless network name (SSID), change the default password, and enable encryption (WPA/WPA2 is more secure than WEP). Otherwise, anybody in the neighborhood will be able to hack into your router, and your network.

that & the default settings should do fine just remember use a an administrator pass & enable wifi encryption the one at the bottom.
You can check witch ip connects to a router so if someone gets smart & hacks you you can use the firewall /filter to block his mac or you can allow one or some macs you type in to go through the router etc…etc..use google don’t be shy!
