yahoo mail pasword forgot

I have tried to refind it with yahoo helpdesk, but its impossible because I cant remember the security questions, and the alternative mail is inactive.
I have used this mail adress since ten years but now I cant log in. Does anybody can help me??
You could contact them via telephone , mate of mine did it before when his account was jacked . The phone tends to be more direct than a slow form , they will ask you various questions . Along the lines of …. your isp , current or past ip’s you may have used . Name some contacts and email subjects you have sent / received . Good luck . (408) 349-3300 (408)-349-1572 1 877 469 7847. Edit : If you can’t easily call the number from a non us location. use Gmail as you can place us based voice calls for nothing (plugin install required) .
that would be called bad luck, if you forgot the securoty questions and even the HD can’t help you , then this account may be lost … but dont worry, it will be auto deleted in 6 months or so.
Another question : How frequently do you change your password on the mail account ? There may be a way out of this, depending on how (un)frequent you change the password
